For those who prefer the highlands, Atibaia, 52Km far, cannot be missed. The town is sought for its natural platforms for Delta wings, paragliding jumps and for its delicious fruits of the season, strawberries, particularly. Campos do Jordão, and many alpine town with lots of clean fresh air and many shopping choices attract countless visitors in the coldest days of the season. The city lodges the "Winter Festival", one of the most important events of classical music in the country.
