Learn Spanish in Pucon, Chile
Pucón, in the shadow of Villarrica Volcano is situated between the National Parks "Villarrica" and "Huerquehue", the forest reserve "Cerros de Quelhue" and the private park "El Cañi". You can climb an active volcano, go rafting, kayaking, horse back riding, mountain biking and more. Pucon also has a busy nightlife, lots of hotels and hostels, bars and restaurants, and discos. Pucón is a popular place to learn Spanish and one of the most interesting destinations in Chile.
Spanish Language School in Pucon
Location: The Spanish school in Pucon issituated two blocks from the main street near the hospital and close to all shops, bars and eateries.
Facilities: Free WiFi internet, large, light classrooms, kitchen, and library.
Teachers: All Spanish teachers in Pucon are bilingual native speakers with years of experience teaching Spanish as a second language.
Materials: Included in course tuition.
Spanish Language Courses in Pucon
Type: Individual, Two per class, Beginner’s Group (November through March).
Classes per week: Individual – 10, 15; Two per class – 10, 15; Beginner’s Group – 15.
Course Duration: One week minimum.
Lessons: 60 minutes.
Class size: Maximum of six.
Levels: Beginner to advanced.
Start Dates: Spanish courses in Pucon begin any Monday for non beginners. Beginners must start of the following dates: Jan 11 & 25, Feb 8 & 22, Mar 8 & 22.

Spanish Learning + Cultural Activities
Pucon is a nice small town, which is easy to navigate on foot. It is the center of outdoor activities and adventure tourism in the Lakes district, with volcanoes, mountain lakes, rafting, canoeing, rock climbing, parachuting, and many other activities to entertain you. The city also has a lively nightlife, with many bars, restaurants, discos and a casino. We offer volunteer opportunities working with environmental issues, children and the tourism industry. Living with a Chilean family provides many opportunities to experience the local culture and is an important part of your experience at the school, should you choose this option.
Pucon Accommodation
Options: Home stay, Hostel.
Type: Single, Double.
Description: Home stay - Full board, private bedroom, in some cases a private bath, bicycle if more than 10 minutes walking distance from the school; Hostel - breakfast only or no meals, double room with and without private bathroom, 4 person cabin including kitchen.
Meals: Full board, No meals.
Travel time to school: Home stay - within 15 minutes walking distance.
Airport pickup: Free if accommodation is booked.
