Portuguese Course Options

Learn Portuguese in Groups:
Learning Portuguese in a group environment is an enjoyable way to share your language learning experience with like-minded people. These courses are provided at all our locations and vary between 10 and 30 lessons per week. The lively, dynamic group environment will heighten your ability to learn Portuguese and you’ll get to know your classmates along the way.
Learn Portuguese One-to-One
Also offered at all our locations, and ranging from a per hour basis to 40 hours per week, individual Portuguese courses present a more intense form of study and can be customized to address your specific language goals.
Learn Portuguese in Combined Group and Individual Courses
These courses fuse the intensity of individual study with the dynamic energy group lessons. Here you get the best of both worlds. You can learn Portugese with 20 or 30 hours of group study plus any number of individual hours. Although a little more expensive, these courses often show great results.
Examination Portuguese Courses
If you want to pass a Portuguese language competency test, so that you can get a particular job or gain entrance to a particular University, we can help you out with our Celpe-Bras Examination preparation courses.
Activity Portuguese Courses
Our schools also offer courses that mix Portuguese lessons with extracurricular activities. The extracurricular activities include Bahian Cuisine, Afro-Brazilian Dance, Volunteer Work, Diving, and Language Exchange. We also offer Portuguese Business courses as well as age-specific courses (children, teens, 50+, etc.).

Portuguese Language Course Accommodation Options

Each school has several accomodation options. Options include home stay, apartments, hotels, youth hostels, pousadas, and hotels. Option to have a single room, a shared room, or dorm-style. Full-board, half-board, or no board included is also an option for most of our accomodations.

Home/family stay

Full language and cultural immersion while being fun and economical. Hosts are carefully selected and usually provide three meals per day. You are usually given your own key and will have a private bedroom.

Shared Student Apartments

More independent accomodation, living with fellow language learners. You can choose single, double or shared rooms if traveling with a partner or friend. This option is a good way to get to know other students at your school and you can learn and practice together in the evening.

Private Apartment

Full independence in fully furnished apartments. If you are traveling as a couple or small group, you may like to consider this option.

Hotels

More expensive that most other options, hotels can be booked to meet clients needs.

Bed and Breakfast/Pension

More informal than hotels, usually family run and therefore with a personal touch. Popular with mature students and couples.
