Location: The English school in Edinburgh is just ten minutes from the heart of town, close to shops, public transport, bars and cafes.

Facilities: We are housed in a renovated 18th century building in a quiet lane. We have a small, fully equipped self-study centre with free wi-fi. Tea, coffee and biscuits are offered to all students at morning break time when the whole school gets together to socialize. In July and August, some classes may be held in facilities within 5 minutes walk of the school.

Teachers: All language teachers are very experienced and qualified in teaching English as a second language.

Materials: Included with tuition.

English Courses Edinburgh

Type: Individual, Group, Combined (group/individual).

Classes per week: Individual - 20, 25, 30; Group - 15, 20; Combined - 15 + 5, 15 + 10, 15 + 15.

Course Duration: One week minimum.

Lessons: 90 minutes.

Class size: Maximum of 5.

Levels: All.

Start Dates: English courses in Edinburgh begin every Monday.

Includes: A half-day excursion every week to a historic or cultural attraction; certificate of attendance and progress report; coffee and tea, wi-fi.

The shopping opportunities in Edinburgh are vast, with the world's oldest independent department store, designer fashion, small boutiques, antique shops, etc. Edinburgh boasts many sporting activities such as archery, swimming, sailing, golf, fishing, a dry ski center, go karts, to name a few. Living with a Scottish family provides the best cultural interaction and language practice available, should you choose this option.

Options: Home stay, Executive home stay. We are happy to advise on hotels, hostels, Guest Houses and B&Bs near the school. We can also give flat share and flat letting agency information on request.

Type: Single.

Description: Home stay - shared bathroom, half board (dinner provided 6 of 7 nights); Executive home stay - same as home stay with private bathroom.

Meals: Half board.

Travel time to school: The majority of home stay accomodation is within 25 minutes walk of the school or a short bus ride.

Airport pickup: £45.
