Once a small fishing village, Sliema (meaning ‘peace and comfort’) is now one of Malta’s main holiday resorts. Located on the north east coast of Malta, it has all the facilities of a beach destination including great shops, bars, restaurants, discos, and cafes.
English Language School Sliema
 Location: The English language school in Sliema is situated right on the Sliema waterfront with stunning views of St Julian's Bay, and only a few steps away from the beach. The school is close to the commercial center of town and the nightlife area.
Facilities: The school has a multimedia self-study center, which has books, videos and DVD’s, cassettes, CD ROM’s. We have a lending library with novels, graded readers, magazines, newspapers, videos and DVD’s. We offer free internet access wi-fi, two student lounges with TV and refreshment facilities and a games room. There is also a garden. The building is completely air-conditioned.
Teachers: All language teachers have a license from the Department of Education, as well as qualifications and experience in teaching English as a second language. All teachers are native speakers

Malta has a lively night life and plenty of restaurants and cafes to explore, as well. Our school offers a culture and leisure program, with a wide range of trips and activities. Some of these include excursions to ancient sites, a boat ride to the Blue Lagoon in Comino, a Jeep Safari on the island of Gozo, beach barbecues, parties, sports activities, and wine tasting. Living with a Maltese family provides the best cultural interaction and language practice available, should you choose this option.
