Location: During the months of February, March, May and June classes are held in our original English language school, located in a well-maintained 19th century hall just ten minutes walk from the heart of Scarborough and its cafés, bars, banks, post offices, and designer stores.

Due to increased demand during the months of April, July and August, we have exclusive use of Scarborough College, a beautiful facility with tremendous views of Scarborough Castle and the bay.

Facilities: The original school location is surrounded by beautiful English gardens, which we use for relaxing and socializing during the summer. The classrooms are accommodating, and we have an up to date multi media learning centre with listening facilities, computers with a selection of modern educational software, a loan library of books and a TV and video lounge. You can relax in our coffee and social area, which has free internet access.

Scarborough College features modern classroom facilities with interactive whiteboards and other IT resources, a roomy cafeteria serving hot meals and excellent sports facilities such as all weather pitches and tennis courts.

Teachers: All are highly qualified, experienced and are committed and professional native speakers. All teachers meet the strict guidelines set out by the British Council.

For the sport minded, there are plenty of opportunities to engage in golf, fishing, horse riding, etc. Living with an English family provides the best cultural interaction and language practice available, should you choose this option.
