Location: The English language school in Toronto is centrally located near all major amenities and attractions.

Facilities: Student resource center with computers, internet access, language learning software, a cyberlounge, and WiFi.

Teachers: All are university graduates with training and experience in teaching English as a second language.

Materials: $30 per month.

Type:Individual and Group lessons are available.

Classes per week: : Individual – up to 6 classes per week; Group courses are 20, 25, 30 lessons per week.

Course Duration: Individual – 20 lesson minimum; Group – two week minimum.

Lessons: 55 minutes.

Class size: Maximum of 14.

Levels: All.

Start Dates: You can learn English in Toronto starting any Monday if you are at least an elementary level student or if you take private lessons. English courses for complete beginners start of the following 2010 dates: Jan 11, Feb 8, Mar 8, Apr 5, May 3, June 28, July 26, Aug 23, Sept 20, Oct 18, Nov 15, Dec 13.

Includes: Certificate of completion and achievement, internet access, some cultural and entertainment activities.

Specialized: TOEFL exam preparation, business English.

Toronto has great museums and galleries to explore. There is also an opera house, a zoo, a science center, the Hockey Hall of Fame and many other interesting attractions to visit. Toronto has a reputation for great food, entertaining bars and interesting neighborhoods to explore. Our school regularly schedules activities and excursions to enhance your cultural immersion. Some of these excursions include playing sports, hiking and walking tours, river rafting trips to museums, nights out on the town, one-day and weekend excursions to places of interest such as Niagara Falls, Montreal, and more. Living with a Canadian family provides the best cultural interaction and language practice available, should you choose this option.

Toronto Accommodation

Options: Home stay, The Residence, 89 Chestnut.

Type: Single, double.

Description: Home stay – private single room, one student per linguistic background in the home, clean bed linens and towels once a week, half board, shared bath (private available for an extra charge), internet access often available for an extra charge.

The Residence– single rooms, no meals, shared kitchen and bath, laundry facilities, gym facilities available at extra cost, weekly cleaning and fresh bed linens and towels (Please note - this is a very basic, “no frills”, cost effective option).

89 Chestnut– available May 28 to August 22 only, single and double (for people traveling together) rooms, breakfast only, cafeteria available for other meals, private bath, laundry and gym facilities, internet access, air conditioning.
Meals: Half board, breakfast only, no meals.

Travel time to school: Within 60 minutes by public transportation.

Airport pickup: $100 CDN.
