The sea is an array of fish and sea vegetation, and in some places it is rich in corals. The mild climate which is influenced by Africa and Atlantic climates that provide and average of 300 sunny days a year and thanks to the “mistral”, the dominant wind, the summer heat is endurable.

The coast in Sardinia is famous for its natural beauty and in the Northern part, which goes from Alghero to Stintino, Porto Torres, Castelsardo, Santa Teresa and Palau up to Costa Smeralda visitors can find different enchanting scenery such as long white sandy beaches which alternate rocky coastlines and a lot of stunning bays and little isles. Basically, there is everything for everybody. Our Italian school in Porto Torres is an excellent language school, which offers Italian courses in one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Our language course is a unique occasion to combine useful learning with the pleasure of a marvelous holiday. The school is not very large, but quite comfortable and modern, equipped with a computer room and audiovisual aids. It is situated in Porto Torres on the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele with its large selection of shops that are very close to the city hall and the well known Hotel Torres.

Our Italian courses are held by highly qualified, skilled teachers, specialized and accredited in the teaching of Italian as a second language. All teachers have a degree in languages and are native speakers.

The method we use is based on communication. As a student, you will develop your ability to speak and understand day to day Italian even at the beginner level. With our regularly updated materials, magazines, books, films, and our teaching style, we make sure that our students build confidence in using Italian by increasing their grammar structures, knowledge, vocabulary, and their ability to read and write. Every student will be given the opportunity to practice what they learn in authentic situations. Only Italian will be used in the classroom.

All Courses are intensive and aim to the development of the four fundamental skills of a language, which include listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Standard Courses
Maximum of 8 students per group. Monday to Friday, from nine o'clock to one o'clock. In the afternoons students are free to choose to spend their time as they wish. Courses are designed especially for people who wish to make the most of a two-week Italian course while enjoying the pleasures of a holiday in Sardinia. The evenings are free for the student.
